Claude E. Ducloux, Trial Attorney, and Ethics Counselor

Biography

Claude Ducloux is a board-certified attorney in both Civil Trial Law & Civil Appellate Law. Licensed in Texas, California and Colorado, he has practiced law in Texas for nearly 50 years and is a form Chair of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as President of the Austin Bar Association and, the recipient of the Gene Cavin Award, which is given for lifetime achievement in Legal Education. His Professional Ethics presentations have won awards from legal and other professional organizations. He has spoken to professionals in all 50 states and conducted monthly national 1 hour presentations for 112 consecutive months. 2016-2025.
