Entry-Level and/or Mid-Level Hydrogeologist - LBG-Guyton Associates

LBG-Guyton Associates Austin office has an immediate opening for an entry and/or mid-level Hydrogeologist or Groundwater Engineer with 0-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities of the position may include groundwater modeling, supervision of drilling contractors, collection and description of drill cuttings, collection of ground-water samples, data collection during pumping tests and data reduction and analysis using computer software, and report preparation. The successful applicant can expect to work on a wide variety of projects mostly regarding water-supply investigations.

Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering or related environmental science field. The successful candidate must have excellent computer and writing skills and be able to work independently. Experience or training in GIS software and groundwater modeling is a plus.
